Please Note: Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic a final decision between BMXNSW and BMXNZ with be made in the 2nd week of July 2020 as to whether the event in NZ will go ahead.
This will be governed by any travel restrictions and quarantine requirements in place at that time.
We would suggest not entering for the qualifier or pay for travel or accommodation until this announcement is made.

Qualification will be held at the BMXNSW State Series Round 3 to be held at Penrith BMX Club on Sunday 26th July 2020 Each rider wanting to try to qualify for the Test Team must enter for the the State Series Event and the Test Team Qualifying Event. When entering for the Test Team Qualifier there is a fee of $5.00 will be payable by riders wanting to try to qualify for the Junior Test Team. This fee is on top of the normal entry fee for the State Series Event. This $5.00 fee will be payable at time of entering for the BMXNSW State Series Event at Penrith. On Sunday 26th July, Riders enter and compete in their normal 20" race class motos. Fastest lap times in the 3 x motos will be used for qualification, with the fastest 4 girls and 4 boys being offered a place in the Test Team. The 5th Fastest lap times for Boys and Girls will be offered the positions of Reserve Riders | Test Teams (boys and girls teams) will compete against New Zealand in the Trans Tasman Test Team event held during the BMXNZ National Championships at Mainland North Region at North Avon Christchurch 24-25th October 2020 |

Qualifying Riders from Non NSW States and Territorials will be required to pay $1500.00 within 14 days of the qualifying event at BathurstPenrith.
Qualifying Riders from NSW will be the same fee of $1500.00 but this will be subsidised 50% by BMXNSW. This will be required to be paid within 14 days of the qualifying event at BathurstPenrith.
Note: Test Team Management suggests that any intestate qualifying riders and families approach their state governing body for subsidised funding as provided by BMXNSW for NSW qualifying riders
