2018 State Series Top 3 riders/parents - Important Information

In a few days, the overall points score for the 2018 BMXNSW State Series will be published.

Riders who have achieved 1st, 2nd or 3rd position in the State Series will be presented with a personalised 2018 BMXNSW State Series jersey at the BMXNSW Awards Dinner at Castle Hill RSL on Friday 28 September, 2018.

BMXNSW have been working with Ace Race Australia to create a unique jersey for the 2018 year and whilst we won’t be revealing the look of the jersey until the awards night, we can say that it looks super cool.

BMXNSW will also be covering the cost of a meal for each rider who attends the dinner to receive their jersey and we hope that you can all join us in celebrating what has been a really big year of BMX racing.

Riders/parents, there will be a few things that you need to do if you wish to receive your (or your child’s) jersey at the awards dinner.

1. Email BMXNSW Events bmxnswevents@gmail.com with your/your child’s jersey size, using the following format:
- Rider’s name:
- Class:
- Size:
- Are you attending the dinner?: Yes/no
(Please ensure that you check your/your child’s measurements against the size chart provided).

BMXNSW Events require this information by 19 August 2018. If your / your rider’s information is not supplied by that date, I will estimate your / your child’s size using ‘best guess’ based on age class (this could be tricky for some of the older age groups…)

2. Register yourself / your rider for a free dinner using the entry process for the 2018 BMXNSW State Championships.

If you have a rider up to 12 years of age, the meal option to choose is the ‘child’ meal. Children under 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult and additional meal tickets can also be purchased via the entry process. Please note: riders attending the awards night to receive their jersey are required to be present for a meal. There is no option to wait outside until the presentation is on and enter the room to receive your jersey.

Whilst we have booked a venue large enough to accommodate everyone plus family/friends, we understand that not everyone may be able to make the dinner. Therefore, you / your rider will be able to collect the jersey from the rider bag collection / merchandise pick up point at Castle Hill BMX Club on either Saturday or Sunday of the Championships.

If you have any questions relating to the dinner or jersey, please email bmxnswevents@gmail.com

Kind regards
