Riders are to register at the event to confirm arrival and participation, and present a current BMXA license.

NOTE

Semi Finals listed on this sheet are based on entries. Actual Semi Finals will be based on signed on rider. This is an indication only and may change after registration has closed.

It is the riders responsibility to ensure their correct transponder is fitted to the correct bike, and working

MOTOS & FINALS: The event will consist of 3 Moto’s (weather permitting) followed by Deadman, Quarter, Semis and Finals. Sprockets & Mini Wheelers will have 4 moto’s no final.

TRANSFERS: Points scored at the end of Moto’s followed by Dead Man, Semis and Finals as required under BMXA ARB Rule 013.1.a. In classes with 8 or less riders will be run under BMXA ARB rule 013.2.b applicable.

PRESENTATION: Will be held immediately after racing has concluded and scores are finalized. If you are unable to attend presentation please ensure someone attends to collect your trophy or award, as trophies will not be sent in the post.

REFUNDS: Refunds will not be processed  without a Medical Certificate. Strictly No refunds will be given after 27th March 2017. All refunds will be less $15.00 for costs incurred which includes applicable levies and admin costs.

No refunds will be offered due to weather conditions or other reasons outside of ACTBMX’s control which forces the cancellation of the event

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TRANS TASMAN TEST TEAM QUALIFIER

  • The selected riders will compete against New Zealand teams in the Trans Tasman Test Team racing event held during the NSW Pre-Titles (Mighty 11’s event) at Macarthur BMX Track.
  • Riders must be 11 years old as of the 1st June 2017 to be able to qualify for the Trans Tasman Test Team.
  • Riders enter and compete in their normal 20” race class.
  • The fastest lap times in the age class motos will be used for qualification, with the fastest 4 girls and 4 boys being offered a place in the  Test Team.
  • Any ties will be determined by countback on times.

To be eligible to enter the Trans Tasman Event riders need to:

  1. be an Australian Citizen
  2. hold a current BMXA license and
  3. be 11 years of age as of the 1st June 2017.
