Subject discussed:

  1. Create Club’s Mission statement. 3 year plan, 2107 Objectives (see attached document)


  1. Update on signage:  signs have been produced and delivered to the track, currently sitting in the shed.

  • Further action required: organise installation of signs on shed and start hill roof needs to be organised. Talk to Zach and Craig about it


  1. Approval for purchase of new computer and printer has been decided before next clubby


  1. Organisation of Come & Try day after May clubby

  • Detail plan to achieve 2017 objectives

  • Incorporate chart of roles in plan

  • Organise actions to bring people to Come & Try Day
