Executive Director's Report 2017

Position Profile

Executive Director is the first point of contact for BMXNSW and distributes requests/concerns/information to the relevant Board member.

I must admit that after 31 years in BMX this is the most difficult report I have ever written. While 2017 has many developments and advancements in BMX it has personally been the most challenging.

Racing has become very professional and clubs have grown and embraced Confluence to allow for better communication and idea sharing. When looking at BMX racing within NSW you definitely see an example of an Olympic sport with ever increasing rider numbers and under new ideas for 2018 a great experience for all.

I want to congratulate the 2018 Board and thank the 2017 Board, working with you all has been a memorable experience that I will never forget. This is a short report/farewell and I thank all in BMX for the friendships and memories and wish  you all the very best in your BMX futures
